Shanghai: The test flight of the networked low-altitude passenger routes in the Yangtze River Delta
On the 18th, Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District completed the first flight verification of 6 intercity passenger routes. It is expected that low-altitude routes from Shanghai to Wujiang and Taicang, Jiangsu will be opened before May Day.

The reporter experienced the helicopter route from Shanghai to Pinghu, Zhejiang on the spot. It felt very stable and could clearly overlook the beautiful scenery from the air. The experience was very good.

This time, a total of 6 routes were tested, including Hongqiao to Jinshan District, Shanghai, Songjiang District, Hongqiao to Pinghu, Zhejiang, Jiading, and Hongqiao to Taicang, Jiangsu, and Kunshan. It is understood that through low-altitude flight, the business travel and cultural and tourism transportation time between Hongqiao Hub intercity is greatly shortened compared with traditional transportation methods. Taking Hongqiao to Pinghu as an example, the flight time only takes about 20 minutes, which is 70% shorter than the driving time and 83% shorter than the total time taken by high-speed rail. The "low-altitude corridor" in the Yangtze River Delta covers four places: Shanghai Hongqiao, Suzhou, Jiaxing and Wuhu. In the future, it is planned to open routes such as Hongqiao and Suzhou Industrial Park, Xiangcheng, and Wuhu Wuxuan Airport.
