Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs released the 2025 list of central government policies to strengthen agriculture, benefit farmers and enrich farmers, giving full play to the policy guiding role.
The policy list includes 9 stable implementation of central government-to-person agricultural subsidy policies, namely:
Arable land fertility protection subsidy
Agricultural machinery purchase and application subsidy
Wheat "one spray and three preventions" subsidy
Soybean and corn belt-shaped composite planting subsidy
Corresortment and rice subsidy
Arable land rotation fallow subsidy
Agricultural social service subsidy
Grassland grazing ban subsidy and grass-lives balance reward
Agricultural insurance premium subsidy
Through subsidy, we continue to promote corn and soybean cultivation in the Northeast region, strengthen rice production in major rice-producing provinces, and ensure national food security. And through subsidies, we will focus on supporting the promotion and application of agricultural machinery such as high-performance seeders, intelligent high-speed rice transplanters, large-scale intelligent high-end combined harvesting machinery. The land fertility protection subsidies for arable land that has been used as livestock farms, forest land, grassland, large grain fields converted into facility agricultural land, non-agricultural expropriation (occupying) cultivated land, etc., which have been changed, will no longer be given arable land land protection subsidies for arable land that have been used as livestock farms. For those who have been abandoned for more than one year, the subsidy qualification for the following year will be cancelled.
The central government's financial funds are calculated and allocated to the province according to prescribed factors. The provincial level will organize grassroots level to refine the scope of subsidies, support objects and subsidy standards according to requirements and local actual conditions.
