Zhang Weifang said in an interview that the homestay has long hired nearby farmers, which has driven the development of many surrounding farmhouses and effectively helped villagers increase their income.

As the first two-star "Overseas Chinese Assistant Workshop" in Zhejiang Province, the "Fanghong Equipment Overseas Chinese Assistant Workshop" located in Dasha Industrial Park of Longquan has made space to create a "Overseas Chinese Heart Returns to the Party" activity room through the joint construction mechanism of party building, and regularly organizes overseas Chinese people to learn and exchange and build consensus on development.

At the same time, the workshop revitalized idle factory resources and introduced digital technology production lines, which led to more than 80 surrounding villagers to find employment "at the doorstep". With the support of the Zhejiang Overseas Chinese Public Welfare Mutual Aid Promotion Association, Longquan City has launched a series of activities of "Overseas Chinese Assistance to Rich and Rich", using the local Lishantou Village as a demonstration point to promote the precise "drip irrigation" of rural development of public welfare funds in the overseas Chinese community.

According to statistics, the alliance has issued 18 million yuan of inclusive financial "Jinqiao Loan" to village collectives, overseas Chinese and their families through signing a tripartite cooperation agreement on common prosperity.

In addition, the United Front Work Department of the Longquan Municipal Party Committee regularly holds cooperation and matching meetings for rural revitalization projects, exchange meetings for overseas Chinese groups, etc., which has promoted 6 overseas Chinese enterprises and 2 overseas Chinese groups to sign technical assistance agreements with the village level, and built a convenient channel for domestic and foreign factors to directly connect to the fields.
