By learning and applying the experience of the "Ten Million Project", Liujiabao Village has changed its past appearance. Deeply cultivate the cultural industry and incubate the leader in revitalization

With the construction of the first phase of Wang Wei Ink Town, the village collective adopts the "branch + enterprise + farmer" model, invests in land, housing and other assets, and also pledges the 600,000 yuan of funds supported and strengthened the collective economy by the superiors in the preferred stock model to the Wang Wei Ink Town project, and dividends are distributed at 10% of the profits of the project.

This move not only sincerely supports the development of the project, but also injects new vitality into the increase in the income of the village collective economy and provides villagers with more employment opportunities. The project can bring 100,000 yuan in income to the village collective every year, and solve the employment of more than 120 people in the village and surrounding villages, so as to ensure that both family care and money are not missed.

Some villagers serve as tour guides in the Wang Wei Memorial Hall, telling tourists about Wang Wei's poetry and ink painting culture; some are engaged in service work in B&Bs and farmhouses to provide tourists with considerate services; some are involved in study and study projects to bring rich and colorful experience activities to children.

Villager Wei Shengmin is one of the beneficiaries, and he runs a farmhouse in the village. "The more popular Wang Wei's town is, the better our restaurant business is. At first, we made home-cooked fried rice, and before the New Year, we put on the authentic Qiao family eight bowls and eight plates, constantly meeting customer requirements. Now we are preparing to start beer and barbecue." Wei Shengmin said that farming and doing business, one person earns two portions of money.

Village and enterprises work together to create a comprehensive revitalization map

Now, the second phase of Wang Wei Ink Town has started construction. In 8 months, Wen Tingyun Huajian Cishe, Qi Xi Academy, Wang Bo Shijie Academy, Wang Zhihuan Poetry and Literature Museum, Hefen Wen Zhongzi Academy, Artist Theme Studio Cluster and other buildings will rise on the bank of Changyuan River National Wetland Park.

Yan Chuanming, partner of Wang Wei Ink Town, introduced that the second phase of the project will empower each other and co-construct each other in the fields of art exhibitions, team building conferences, Wang Wei IP derivative cultural and creative industries, urban digital IP incubation, and add more paths to the comprehensive revitalization of Liujiabao rural areas.

The idle farmhouses in the village are also being transformed into characteristic homestays, which are expected to drive another 30%.
