It is expected that the export of natural rubber standard rubber to China this year can reach 1,000 tons, and enjoy a tax reduction of 1.5 million yuan in China."
In order to promote enterprises to fully enjoy the preferential tax rate, the customs will rely on the information system to carry out big data analysis, realize real-time comparison of enterprise import customs declaration information with the "zero tariff" list, accurately locate enterprises and customs declaration forms that are insufficiently enjoyed, and carry out policy promotion "one-on-one" to promote enterprises to "enjoy all they should enjoy" the preferential tax rate.
Wang Zhiwei, deputy director of Qingdao Customs Customs Department, said: "Freights inland countries such as Mali, Niger, Zambia, etc. must be transferred to China through third-country ports. If the identification number is transported in the meantime and the identification number is not changed, we will exempt the non-processing certificate issued by the official institutions of the third country to further improve the level of convenience for enterprises."
