Chen Binhua said that in September 2024, in order to safeguard national security and stability in the Taiwan Strait, the state security organs publicly released the article "Explanation of the "Taiwan independence" cyber army "Anonymous 64"", which effectively exposed and criticized the despicable tricks of the Taiwan ICD military and warned and deterred. However, under the instruction and condonation of the DPP authorities, the Taiwan Capital Telecommunications Army did not repent and used the same trick again. It was willing to be the minion of the "Taiwan independence" separatist forces, and continued to use its omnipotence to carry out cyber attacks and infiltration on the mainland, going further and further and deeper on the evil path.
Unification is the general trend of history and the right way; "Taiwan independence" is a historical countercurrent and a dead end. The Taiwan ICITIC Army "relying on the Internet to seek independence" and provoke trouble is purely overestimating one's own abilities and will be severely punished.
