The "Special Action Plan to Boost Consumption" recently issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council was released to the public on the 16th. The action plan deploys 30 key tasks in eight aspects, including the action to promote urban and rural residents' income growth, the action to guarantee and support for consumption capacity, the action to improve the quality of service consumption, and the action to clean up and optimize restrictive measures.
