Relevant persons in charge of the National Development and Reform Commission introduced that the national catalog of industries encouraged foreign investment will focus on increasing support for advanced manufacturing, high-tech, energy conservation and environmental protection and other fields. The catalog of advantageous industries for foreign investment in the central and western regions will focus on increasing support for basic manufacturing, applicable technology, people's livelihood consumption and other fields.

Jiang Yi, director of the Policy Research Office of the National Development and Reform Commission, introduced that at present, this directory has formed a public draft for soliciting opinions, and opinions from all parties have been solicited online.
