Sixth, carry out actions to improve the consumption environment, and protect the rights and interests of rest and leave, encourage paid annual leave and short holidays to achieve flexible staggered leave. Workers' working hours shall not be extended illegally. Create a safe consumption environment and improve urban and rural consumption facilities.

7. Carry out actions to clean up and optimize restrictions, and reduce consumption restrictions in an orderly manner.
