The General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council recently issued the "Special Action Plan to Boost Consumption". The action plan deploys 30 key tasks in 8 aspects, including the action to promote urban and rural residents' income growth, the action to guarantee consumption capacity, the action to improve the quality of service consumption, the action to improve the quality of bulk consumption, the action to improve the consumption environment, the action to clean up and optimize the restrictive measures, and the improvement of support policies.

The action plan clearly states that promotes the reasonable growth of wage income and broadens the channels for property income; optimizes the supply of "one old and one young" services, expands cultural, sports and tourism consumption, promotes ice and snow consumption, and develops inbound consumption; increase support for consumer goods for old and new, better meets housing consumption needs, and extends the automobile consumption chain.

In terms of protecting the rights and interests of rest and leave, the action plan is clear and the paid annual leave system is strictly implemented. Paid annual leave and short holidays are encouraged to take consecutive holidays to achieve flexible staggered leave. The workers' rights and interests of rest and leave shall be protected in accordance with the law, and workers shall not illegally extend their working hours. Places with conditions are encouraged to explore the establishment of spring and autumn vacations for primary and secondary schools based on actual conditions.

Research on establishing a parenting subsidy system, expand the supply of educational resources for the net inflow of college-age population into towns, and appropriately increase the basic pension for retirees... The action plan focuses on medical education, elderly care, and other issues that concern the people, and increases policy support to reduce the people's worries.
