The journey time between Zhengzhou and Kaifeng was shortened to the fastest 25 minutes, injecting new vitality into the integrated development of Zhengzhou metropolitan area and the coordinated development of regional economic and social economy and society.
The Zhengkai Intercity Railway is 57.14 kilometers long and has a designed speed of 200 kilometers per hour. After the Zhengkai Intercity Railway is fully operational, the Zhengkai and Zhengzhong Intercity Passenger Trains will be arranged in the initial stage according to the daily and weekend lines, and the peak trains will reach 106 trains. Among them, it can be reached within 25 minutes from Kaifeng Station to Zhengzhou East Station.
In addition, 77 cross-line trains were launched from Kaifeng Station to Xinzheng Airport Station and Zhengzhou Airport Station. It is possible to get direct access from Kaifeng Station to Xinzheng Airport Station as fast as 50 minutes, which greatly reduces the previous trip time to transfer from Kaifeng North Station to Zhengzhou East Station to Xinzheng Airport Station.
In terms of fares, the Zhengkai Intercity Railway's ticket price is 20 yuan, the Kaifeng-Xinzheng Airport is 32 yuan, and the Kaifeng-Zhengzhou Airport is 36 yuan.
