The "Communiqué" shows that according to the results of the national land change survey in 2023, there are 128.6088 million hectares of arable land, 19.6109 million hectares of arable land, 283.6957 million hectares of forest land, 263.2157 million hectares of grassland, and 23.5198 million hectares of wetland.
As of the end of 2023, 173 minerals have been discovered nationwide.
In terms of natural resource rights confirmation and registration, five national key forest areas including Siberian Tiger and Leopard National Park and Genhe have completed natural resource rights confirmation and registration. In 2024, 71.5279 million real estate certificates were issued nationwide, an increase of 3.2% year-on-year.
In terms of natural resource development and utilization, as of the end of 2024, there are 12,646 prospecting rights nationwide, with a registered area of 2.6591 million square kilometers; there are 30,391 mining rights, with a registered area of 351,800 square kilometers.
