CCTV News: Affected by the recent rebound in temperature, the frozen river sections in the upper and middle reaches of the main stream of the Yellow River have been gradually unblocked, and the Yellow River has entered a critical period of opening the river. The National Flood Control Headquarters recently launched a level 4 emergency response to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and sent a working group to the Yellow River Flood Control Frontline to assist and guide.
On March 14, at the request of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Flood Control Headquarters, the State Flood Control Office, together with the National Food and Material Reserve Bureau, urgently allocated 5,000 flood prevention and rescue container bags, 5,000 lead wire mesh pieces, 1,000 folding metal mesh boxes, 2,000 steel wire mesh bags and other central emergency rescue and disaster relief materials (flood prevention and drought relief categories) to support the ice prevention work.
