After obtaining the confirmation notice of the passenger car configuration indicators, the cumulative number of lottery times for individuals applying for ordinary passenger car indicators is cleared;
The waiting time for units and individuals to apply for new energy passenger car indicators is no longer retained; the points and cumulative number of lottery times for family applicants are cleared.
The scope of vehicle transfer between relatives has been appropriately increased to facilitate the use of vehicles among family members in a larger range. If there are more than two small passenger cars registered in Beijing under the name of an individual, on the basis of retaining one, the remaining vehicles can be changed or transferred to the spouse, children, and parents who meet the conditions, and adjusted to be able to be changed or transferred to the spouse, children, parents, grandparents, grandparents, grandchildren, grandchildren, grandchildren, parents-in-law, parents-in-law, daughter-in-law, and son-in-law.
The transferee must have a passenger car, marriage or kinship relationship that does not have a registered Beijing city for one year. If the above-mentioned relatives other than the spouse are the transferees, they must also comply with the provisions of Article 9 of the Implementation Rules on "individuals whose domicile is in this city".
It is clear that the coordination and linkage between public security, transportation and judicial organs will be further strengthened, and the standardization and fairness of passenger car indicators will be maintained.
