The State Administration for Market Regulation closely follows people's livelihood concerns, focuses on key areas such as medical care, drugs, medical devices, health food, finance, education and training, and carries out special advertising supervision actions. In accordance with the law, the "miraculous doctors and drugs" that "treat all diseases and never recur", the financial management of "low interest loans are available in seconds, and the capital is guaranteed to be zero risk", and the education and training of "no exams and certificates are applied for, and the subcontracts are guaranteed" education and training have been investigated and dealt with 19,100 related advertising violations, and a fine of 158 million yuan was fined. The General Administration has exposed 20 typical cases of illegal advertising, effectively playing a deterrent role.
According to incomplete statistics, each platform has cleaned up more than 20,000 pieces of illegal marketing information and disposed of more than 200 accounts. In 2024, more than 30,000 illegal Internet advertising cases were investigated and punished, and 187 million yuan was fined and confiscated. The industry ecology continued to be optimized, making online advertising more "refresh".
