It is expected that from 08:00 on March 14 to 08:00 on March 15, there will be winds of level 5 to 6 and gusts of level 7 to 8 in some areas of eastern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang Basin, central and northern Tibet, northern Qinghai, northern Gansu, central and western Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and other places; strong winds of level 7 to 8 and gusts of level 9 will be in some areas of the southeastern Yellow Sea and northern East China Sea.

From 08:00 on March 15 to 08:00 on March 16, there will be winds of level 5 to 6 and gusts of level 7 to 8 in some areas of eastern Xinjiang, central Tibet, southwestern Qinghai, northern Gansu, central Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, northern Shaanxi, etc.; most of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the northern South China Sea, and the Beibu Gulf will have strong winds of level 7 to 8 and gusts of level 9.
