The logo is directly above the five-pointed star, which is set off by red, symbolizing the Party's overall leadership over emergency management work. The word "man" is the people first. The word "man" is held high, expressing the value concept of adhering to people-oriented and "people first, life first".

The relevant new media platforms of the Ministry of Emergency Management, "Mobile Emergency" and other application software will be updated to use the official logo. At the same time, it is advocated that emergency management departments at all levels apply signs to various scenarios such as conference activities, office places, new media platforms, and emergency rescue sites, further shape the image of the emergency management system and spread the emergency characteristic culture.
