CCTV News: The case of Wu Yingjie, former member of the Standing Committee of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and former director of the Culture, History and Learning Committee, suspected of taking bribes was terminated by the National Supervisory Commission. After being designated in accordance with the law, it will be reviewed and prosecuted by the Third Branch of the Beijing People's Procuratorate. Recently, the Third Branch of the Beijing Municipal People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution with the Third Intermediate People's Court of Beijing.

The procuratorate informed the defendant Wu Yingjie of the litigation rights enjoyed in accordance with the law during the review and prosecution stage, interrogated the defendant Wu Yingjie, and listened to the opinions of the defense lawyer. The procuratorate prosecution accused: The defendant Wu Yingjie took advantage of his position as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region, Minister of the Propaganda Department, Vice Chairman of the District Government, Member of the Party Committee, Executive Vice Chairman of the District Government, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Party Secretary to seek benefits for others, and illegally accepted property from others in a particularly huge amount. He should be held criminally responsible for the crime of accepting bribes according to law.
