Recently, the General Administration of Customs, together with the State Immigration Administration, the Civil Aviation Administration of China and other departments, jointly issued several measures to further promote the facilitation of customs clearance at aviation ports, to help passenger and freight transportation, international trade and cross-border personnel exchanges at aviation ports, and to serve high-level openness and high-quality development. The "Several Measures" propose to strengthen customs clearance service guarantee for major aviation ports, and optimize and improve the 7×24 customs clearance guarantee system for major aviation ports that meet the conditions, such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the Chengdu-Chongqing region. Continue to improve the international aviation logistics network, enhance the accessibility and agglomeration radiation level of international aviation hubs and regional aviation hubs, and make the "Air Silk Road" bigger and stronger. Optimize resource allocation and improve the customs clearance efficiency of special goods with strong timeliness. Pilot projects for "direct loading" of export cargo aprons and "direct lifting" of imported cargo aprons are carried out in air ports that meet the conditions. Improve the operation efficiency of aviation port stations, support aviation ports to carry out the construction of smart cargo stations, strengthen digital empowerment, and achieve intensive management. Support aviation ports to carry out in-depth multimodal transport, promote service models such as "one order system" and "one box system" of multimodal transport, and strengthen the exchange and sharing of public information. Accelerate the development of cross-border e-commerce in air transport channels.
