CCTV News: According to the website of the National Data Bureau, the National Data Bureau recently agreed to the construction of the National Digital Economy Innovation Development Pilot Zone, including Tianjin, Hebei Province (Xiong'an New Area), Shanghai, Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province, Guangdong Province, and Sichuan Province.
In the next step, each pilot zone will focus on key links and prominent issues that restrict the high-quality development of the digital economy, focus on five key tasks, including promoting the reform of market-oriented allocation of data elements, optimizing the layout of data infrastructure construction, breaking through key core digital technologies, deepening digital transformation, and promoting appropriate digital reform, sorting out lists of important policies, major reforms, comprehensive authorization matters, expected results, major engineering projects, etc., compiling specific construction plans, and after approval according to procedures, conduct targeted pilot experiments, focusing on exploring feasible paths for data elements to empower the development of the real economy, creating internationally competitive digital industry clusters, building a system and mechanism to promote the development of the digital economy, and striving to be the "pioneer" of reform for high-quality development of the digital economy and the "vanguard" of innovation sources.
The National Data Bureau will work with relevant parties to do a good job in comprehensive coordination and guidance services for reform, increase policy support for each pilot zone, summarize and publicize typical experience models, and promote the transformation of mature conditions into national policies and systems according to procedures.
