In addition to general requirements such as availability, reliability, barrier-freeness, energy consumption and noise, technical requirements are also put forward for health and emergency monitoring services provided by elderly care robots, communication support with family and medical staff, diversified support for housework, entertainment, home management, care and other activities, and mobility support such as going out and mobility assistance.
