CCTV News: From February 24 to 26 local time, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade led a delegation of Chinese entrepreneurs to visit Germany.

This overseas economic and trade exchange focuses on the automotive field. During the three-day trip, the delegation went to Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Daimler and other companies for investigation and visits.

When Daimler Truck Holdings visited and exchanges, the originally scheduled one hour of communication was extended repeatedly. The atmosphere at the scene was warm. Even if the exchange event was over, the company's head still stayed at the venue to seize the time to communicate and connect with China.

When the BMW Group visited, the company leader excitedly showed the delegation the national flags of China and Germany hanging at the headquarters. He said that this symbolizes that the companies of both countries have me and I have you.

At the talks, corporate representatives from both sides held discussions on innovation-driven.

Gran Schmidt, vice president of government and external affairs at BMW Group, said that China is not only a huge market, but also a driving force for innovation in the automotive industry. They often call the Chinese market a "power station" or "dream gym". When it comes to new technologies, China always sets higher standards. Therefore, companies need to succeed in China, and if they succeed in China, they will also ensure global success.

Not only was the investigation and visit, but during the event, the China-Germany Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum was also successfully held in Germany. The forum attracted nearly 200 representatives from the Chinese and German business associations and corporate representatives. They not only come from industries such as automobile manufacturing and transportation, but also from corporate representatives from the finance and technology industries. Inside and outside the venue, everyone exchanged business cards and discussed how to promote diversified economic and trade cooperation and innovative development.
