CCTV News: According to the website of the China Consumers Association, on February 28, the China Consumers Association officially launched the 2025 "Building Satisfied Consumption" Consumer Rights Protection Year Theme Survey. The investigation will start from February 28 to March 5. During this period, consumers can log in to the official website of the China Consumers Association or follow the official accounts of the China Consumers Association WeChat, Weibo, Toutiao and other platforms and find the investigation link to participate in the answers. The relevant investigation results will be released to the public on March 15.
On January 22, the China Consumers Association determined the theme of the 2025 National Consumers Association Organization Consumer Rights Protection Year as "Building Satisfied Consumption Together", aiming to improve consumption experience, strengthen consumer rights protection, assist consumption policies, disseminate consumer knowledge, promote the improvement of the social governance level of consumer rights protection, and provide strong impetus for all-round boosting consumption and promoting high-quality development. Focusing on the core work ideas of the theme of the 2025 Consumer Rights Protection Year, in order to further focus on the bottlenecks, difficulties and pain points in social co-governance of consumer rights, understand consumers' purchasing decisions, behavioral habits and consumption mentality, and reflect consumers' perception and experience of the current consumption environment, consumer rights protection and consumer confidence, the China Consumers Association launched this year's themed online questionnaire activity. In order to ensure the scientific, fair, objective and effective investigation process and results, this survey sets corresponding questions on the source distribution, group attributes and consumption experience, rights protection demands, consumption mentality and confidence of the respondents.
Since 2016, the China Consumers Association has planned and implemented the theme survey of the year of consumer rights protection for nine consecutive years around the theme of the National Consumers Association for the Year of Consumer Rights Protection, and released it to the public during March 15 of that year, playing an important role in better understanding of the theme of the year of consumer rights protection and related work of consumer rights protection. After the investigation results and related issues were released, they received attention and attention from relevant regulatory departments.
