Taiwanese industrial design institutions are encouraged to carry out business in Fujian. For Taiwanese-funded industrial design institutions that carry out industrial design business in Fujian, those who have been rated as national industrial design centers and National Industrial Design Research Institute, they will be rewarded up to no more than 800,000 yuan and 5 million yuan respectively.

Support Mazu enterprises to come to Fuzhou to engage in the commercial and service industry. Mazu enterprises engaged in the commercial service industry established in the pilot zone of the Fuzhou Mazu Industrial Cooperation Park will also enjoy the Fuzhou municipal trade development policy, and will add a 10% operation support reward on this basis.
