This large scientific device can simulate experimental environments such as extreme low temperatures, super-strong pressures, and super-strong magnetic fields, and uses ultra-fast light field technology to observe novel physical phenomena that appear in extreme environments, helping scientific researchers explore material structure information under extreme conditions, and provide a comprehensive experimental platform for research in the fields of physics, materials science, chemistry, biomedicine, etc. The device has been opened for trial operation to scientists and teams around the world since early 2023. In the past two years, a large number of important scientific research results in the fields of physics and other fields have been produced.
