On February 23, the Central Document No. 1 of 2025 was released, proposing to further deepen rural reform and solidly promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. This year's Central Document No. 1 is the 13th Central Document No. 1 to guide the "Three Rural Issues" work since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It conveys a clear signal of strengthening agriculture, benefiting farmers and enriching farmers, and depicts the task book and roadmap of the "Three Rural Issues" work in 2025.
Food security is "the biggest thing for the country", and "continuously enhancing the supply guarantee capacity of important agricultural products such as grain" is a key task deployed this year's Central Document No. 1.
On September 25, 2018, General Secretary Xi Jinping came to the Qixing Farm of the Jiansanjiang Administration Bureau of Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation. In the display hall on the first floor of the Beidahuang Precision Agricultural Machinery Center, the General Secretary held a bowl of rice in both hands and said meaningfully: "Chinese grain! Chinese rice bowl!"
Now, in the Beidahuang Jiansanjiang Group, unmanned rice transplanters are planting seedlings, aerial plant protection drones are flying, and indoor large screens show various information on farmland... New equipment, new models and new technologies are innovating traditional agriculture and injecting new vitality into modern large-scale agriculture.
