From 02:00 to 14:00 on February 18, northerly winds or northwest winds of level 5 to 7 and gusts of level 8 appeared in most of the Yellow Sea, the northern waters of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, and the southwestern waters of the South China Sea. Northeast winds of level 5 to 7 and gusts of level 8 appeared in the southern waters of the East China Sea, the ocean east of Taiwan, the Bashi Strait, the northern waters of the South China Sea, and the central and western waters of the South China Sea.
