The second is to encrypt the frequency of tests, strengthen ice situation inspection and river channel survey during the river opening period, strengthen monitoring of factors such as ice structure distribution and thickness density flow velocity, and provide basic support for ice prevention decisions. Third, make full use of the important opportunity during the river opening period, increase the application of new instruments and new technologies such as drones, ADCP during the ice age, radar flow measurement, video flow measurement, and integrated ice and water situation monitoring radar, and improve the efficiency and quality of Lingshi survey and reporting. Fourth, strengthen the duty and duty of anti-iron prevention, strictly implement the 24-hour anti-iron prevention and duty system to ensure that anti-iron prevention information is uploaded and issued in a timely manner.
