This scene happened in Beijing Zhongguancun (Yizhuang) International Robot Industrial Park. During the Spring Festival holiday, scientific researchers from the state and local governments jointly built embodied intelligent robot innovation centers (hereinafter referred to as "National Innovation Center") raced against time to carry out data collection. The world's first full-size pure electric-driven humanoid robot "Tiangong" to realize anthropomorphic running was born here.

Outside the data acquisition room is the training ground for humanoid robots. There are both flat roads, high and low slopes, as well as grasslands, brick and stone roads, sandy land and other simulated terrain. "Tiangong" is walking towards him. It is about 1.6 meters tall, with a slim body, flexible joints and steady steps. I saw it skillfully climbing and downhill, passing through various terrains smoothly, with a maximum speed of 12 kilometers per hour. In the demonstration area, after hearing the command "Please hand me the apple", "Tiangong" quickly reached out and put the apple into the commander's hand.

Independently develop new algorithms to enable robots to obtain stronger motion planning and control capabilities; further collect training data to consolidate the foundation for machine learning model training; solve task understanding and execution problems through multimodal large models, and complete more complex and refined tasks... Through various efforts, the scientific research team of the Guochuang Center has made the shape robot more stable and personified.

Researchers introduced that humanoid robots have their unique advantages. For example, some working areas are similar to human bodies, and traditional industrial robots cannot enter. Humanoid robots can also move up and down stairs freely and move between different mission locations.

At present, it is planned to carry out practical training for "Tiangong" in industrial manufacturing, logistics and warehousing, high-voltage power inspection, dangerous operations and other environments to help humans perform a variety of tasks. In the future, it will also enter scenarios such as commercial services and family care.

Humanoid robots are high-tech integration and multi-industry collaboration. "Tiangong" brings together various high-end products in the industrial chain such as precision reducers, special sensors, and drivers.
