Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, January 6 (Reporter Huang Yue) All-China Women's Federation, the Central Cyberspace Affairs Office, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Security and other 16 departments issued a notice to jointly deploy the "Bring Love Home and Working Together to Protect Growth" 2025 Winter Holiday Children's Care Service Activity to help children spend a healthy, safe, happy and meaningful holiday.
The notice pointed out that all localities and relevant departments should rely on off-campus educational institutions such as children's activity centers and youth palaces to give full play to the role of memorial halls and cultural centers, and widely carry out practical activities on the theme of promoting the excellent traditional Chinese culture. We must innovate the carriers of activities and explore special resources, and guide children to appreciate the profound heritage of Chinese culture and traditional cultural experience activities.
The notice requires that all localities and relevant departments should focus on the accidental injuries and illegal infringements that children may face, implement front-end prevention, and protect holiday safety. The All-China Women's Federation and relevant departments continue to launch the "Children's Care Service Safety Tips". All localities should carry out a safety knowledge publicity activity to the community and family, and strengthen legal publicity for the Law on the Protection of Minors. All localities and relevant departments should make good use of the opportunity of parent-child gathering during the winter vacation, organize parent-child activities such as "The fragrance of books spreads over thousands of families" and "Popular science into thousands of families", and make good use of the platform resources of the "Happy Home·Family Education Service Garden" to help parents raise children scientifically, so that children can grow up in parent-child companionship.
The notice emphasized that special attention should be paid to the actual needs of special groups in difficulty such as left-behind children, children in difficult situations, and migrant children, and help them solve their difficulties. We must strengthen household visits, mobilize Women's Federation executive committee members, children's directors, etc. to visit the families of left-behind children in the jurisdiction, understand the situation and needs face to face, and actively help solve the problem. We must do a good job in pairing and caring, give full play to the role of volunteer service teams such as caring mothers, accompany the children to celebrate the New Year and realize their "micro wishes".
