From the start of the Spring Festival travel rush on January 14 to January 27, the cross-regional flow of people in the whole society is expected to exceed 3 billion, and the passenger flow flow is from central cities to small and medium-sized cities.
Affected by new urbanization construction and county tourism, short-term and medium-term travel such as visiting relatives and tourism has increased. Since the Spring Festival travel rush, the travel scale of the four major urban agglomerations in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Chengdu-Chongqing accounted for more than 50% of the total travel scale in the country.
This year's Spring Festival travel rush, the average travel distance between cross-city passengers is about 150 kilometers. Intermodal transportation of road and rail passengers is still the most important way of intermodal transportation. The top three popular transit cities are Chengdu, Chongqing and Guangzhou.
