CCTV News: The 2025 Harbin Asian Winter Games will open on February 7. As the event approaches, as the base camp for registered media reporters and broadcasters, the main media center of the Asian Winter Games will start trial operation on January 7.
It is understood that the main media center of the 9th Asian Winter Games is divided into two parts: the main news center and the international broadcasting center, providing guarantee services for the work of registered media reporters and broadcasters. The public media studio of the main news center has a service desk, a large screen and 156 work seats. During the Asian Winter Games, registered media reporters can watch the competition in real time here, obtain event information, make appointments, and consult related media services.



It is understood that the total planned area of the main news center of the 9th Asian Winter Games is 10,168 square meters, and nine functional areas are set up, including comprehensive service area, public media workroom, press room, public interview area, catering and tea break area. The total planned area of the International Broadcasting Center is 10,575 square meters, and is the core technical area for anchor agencies and broadcasters of various countries. During the trial operation of the main media center, full-factor testing will be carried out for the operation of various functions.



Lu Zhuangzhi, director of the media operation of the main media center of the 9th Asian Winter Games, said: "The infrastructure construction needs to be coordinated and jointly debugged. How is the cooperation between the various business areas, whether the services provided by each other can reach a point of fit, and whether we can form a complete operation chain after we connect with each other. We have solved the problem as soon as possible, and make the operation process smoother, ensuring that satisfactory services are provided to Chinese and foreign registered media reporters during the event."
