The notice pointed out that all localities and relevant departments should rely on off-campus educational institutions such as children's activity centers to give full play to the role of memorial halls and other positions, innovate activity carriers, explore characteristic resources, and widely carry out New Year customs culture and traditional cultural experience activities to guide children to understand the profound heritage of Chinese culture and cultivate their feelings for the country.
The notice requires that all localities and relevant departments should focus on the accidental injuries and illegal infringements that children may face, implement front-end prevention, carry out safety knowledge publicity activities in the community and family, and strengthen legal publicity such as the Law on the Protection of Minors. Improve children's concepts and literacy of the rule of law and enhance their self-protection ability.
