The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade is responsible for the organization, coordination, supervision and management of matters related to my country's participation in the International Exhibition Bureau and the World Expo. With approval, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade is responsible for organizing the China Pavilion to participate in the 2025 Osaka World Expo in Japan.
Recently, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade discovered that some institutions and enterprises carried out investment and exhibition activities under the name of "China Enterprise Pavilion at Osaka, Kansai World Expo in Japan in 2025", which caused adverse effects. In order to ensure that China participates in all work in the Osaka World Expo and safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of all relevant units, the special statement is as follows: 1. There is no exhibition hall or exhibition area for the so-called "China Enterprise Pavilion", "China Enterprise Joint Hall", "China Enterprise Hall" and "China Enterprise Joint Hall" in the Osaka World Expo.
2. According to the provisions of the "International Exhibition Bureau Convention", no unit or individual may hold the name "China" or "China" to carry out any form of World Expo investment and exhibition activities without the authorization of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Please ask relevant institutions and enterprises to immediately stop the relevant infringement and illegal acts, and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade reserves the right to further pursue their legal responsibilities.
