[Go to the grassroots level in the New Year]

"Aijia Supermarket" "Zhuoma Teahouse"... On the morning of January 22, the first "Banfang Supermarket" and "Banfang Teahouse" in the earthquake-stricken area of Dingri County, Shigatse City, Tibet Autonomous Region opened in Senga Village, Changsuo Township, attracting many people in the disaster area to come to shop and drink tea. Under the sunshine, life after the disaster rekindled hope and everything began to return to normal.

Senga Village is one of the most severely affected villages in Dingri's 6.8-magnitude earthquake. 125 houses in the village collapsed or were seriously damaged. As the Spring Festival and the local New Year approach, all villagers in the village have moved from tents into clean and warm mobile houses, with all living facilities in the houses.

In order to facilitate people's lives, Senga Village plans to open a supermarket and teahouse at the resettlement site. Luosang Zhuoma, who had run a teahouse, took the initiative to sign up with the village branch secretary Basang. After fierce competition, she finally successfully obtained a business license, with the condition that the price will not increase. Luosang Zhuoma said: "There is no other source of income at home, and I have to support my children to go to college. My family's difficult village has thought of it for me. I must run a teahouse and work hard to improve my life." At noon, at the temporary resettlement site in Chuka Village, Guojia Township, Dingjie County, village cadres and volunteers were distributing daily necessities to villagers.

"Look! These are carrots, cabbage, potatoes, beef, mutton and eggs. Now you don't have to worry about food and accommodation!" said the 63-year-old Cidan's mother. After the earthquake, her house became a dangerous house and it felt like the sky had collapsed. Now, the whole family of 8 has moved into a newly built mobile house, and life is guaranteed and I feel very at ease.

Mimatiren, the head of Guojia Township, introduced that after the disaster, loving forces from all walks of life quickly gathered in the disaster area, and the materials transported from all over the country were very sufficient. At present, the living supplies in Chuka Village, which is more severely affected, are enough for three or four months. Next to the resettlement site, caring people have set up "child service stations" for the children in the village, and carry out activities such as children's psychological counseling, psychological intervention, and puzzle games. In the service station, there are various children's story picture books, painting albums, and sports items such as basketball, football, and jump rope are all available. Some of the children studied and painted in the tent, while others played football in the open space.

The local government has also set up convenience service points. The staff not only distribute daily necessities to the people, but also patiently solve their worries and problems, from food, clothing, housing and transportation to subsequent reconstruction plans, everything is very detailed. Ou Chuanhan, a staff member in charge of post-disaster resettlement in Cuoguo Township, said: "Our Spring Festival, everyone wants to go home and reunite, but the people here need us more. We must ensure that every affected person spends the winter warmly and celebrates the New Year with peace of mind." At night, the lights in a board room were like twinkling stars. The fireworks here are returning little by little. Every busy figure, every warm smile, and every wisp of rising smoke are hymns to life.
