In order to ensure the safety of citizens' travel and the orderly operation of the city, Beijing has launched a blue warning for snow sweeping and ice shoveling to deal with snowfall.
As of now, a total of 71,000 sanitation workers in Beijing have been prepared for snow sweeping and ice shoveling, 8,085 vehicles, 7,043 sets of mechanical snow removal equipment, and 140,000 manual snow removal tools to meet the needs of this round of snowfall response.
