Chen Xingai seriously violated the Party’s political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline and life discipline, constituted serious violations of duty and was suspected of bribery crimes, and did not restrain himself or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China", "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China", "Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant regulations, after research and approval by the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and submitted to the Hubei Provincial Party Committee for approval, it was decided to expel Chen Xingai from the Party; the Hubei Provincial Supervisory Commission will expel him from public office; terminate his qualifications for the representative of the 12th Party Congress of Hubei Province; confiscate his illegal gains; transfer his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and transfer the property involved together.
