In response to various types of online black and gray industries providing breeding soil for illegal and criminal activities such as online gambling, online pornography, and online fraud, the public security organs have launched targeted crackdowns on key areas such as online black and gray product material supply, advertising promotion, technical support, payment and settlement, and have continuously increased the identification, blocking and cleaning of illegal information of black and gray product, and have investigated and dealt with more than 25,000 cases of online black and gray product. In accordance with the working idea of ​​"killing the source, destroying the platform, and breaking the chain", we focus on key links such as information leakage, information reselling, and information use, and make every effort to solve the case. We will severely punish the industry's "insiders" who use their position to steal and sell personal information, resolutely destroy the "underground black market" of buying and selling personal information, cut off criminal chains such as illegal loan collection, harassment advertising and marketing, investigate and handle more than 7,000 cases of infringement of citizens' personal information, and arrest more than 12,000 criminal suspects, effectively safeguarding citizens' legitimate rights and interests and information security.

The public security organs continue to strengthen the rectification of the network environment, conducting more than 200,000 supervision and inspections in the field of information security throughout the year, handling more than 49,000 administrative cases, more than 35,000 warnings, ordering more than 6,500 rectifications, and cleaning up more than 500,000 pieces of illegal and harmful information such as blood, violence, pornography, and terror. At the same time, in response to minor netizens’ appointments to commit suicide and self-harm through the Internet, we will do our best to conduct online information patrols and early warnings, and promptly cooperate with schools, women's federations and parents to carry out dissuasion and guidance.
