This version of the diagnosis and treatment plan mainly revises and improves the following contents: further improving the pathogenesis, pathology and clinical manifestations, increasing clinical mild and medium-sized classification, improving the standards for severe and critical diseases, refining the principles of antiviral treatment and supporting treatment measures such as respiratory and circulation in severe cases, and adjusting and optimizing the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The plan points out that during the influenza epidemic season, even if the clinical manifestations are atypical, especially those with high-risk factors for severe influenza or hospitalized patients, the possibility of influenza is still necessary and etiological testing should be performed. During the flu sporadic season, in addition to testing for common respiratory pathogens, influenza virus testing is also required for hospitalized patients with suspected viral pneumonia.
