The consultation pointed out that due to the cold wave, from January 23 to 27, there will be large-scale rain, snow and strong winds and cooling weather in my country. There will be moderate to heavy snow or sleet in the eastern part of the northwest region, central and southern North China, northeastern region, central and northern Huanghuai, western Hubei, western Sichuan Plateau, etc., there will be blizzards in southern Shaanxi, southern Shanxi, western Henan, northwestern Hubei, northeastern Liaoning, eastern Jilin, etc., and freezing rain in the northern mountainous areas and northwest Guizhou.
The consultation emphasized that relevant departments and units should improve their ideological understanding, quickly enter the working state, activate the working mechanism, give full play to the overall coordination role of the Office of the National Disaster Prevention, Reduce and Relief Committee, encrypt analysis and judgment, and consult and dispatch, urge key provinces to focus on key parts, key periods and key areas to strengthen arrangements and deployments, and work with relevant industry departments to re-sort, re-inspect and re-implement various prevention and response work.
