At the same time, from ultra-long-distance ultra-high voltage projects to counting thousands of miles apart, from the pilot of 10 Gigabit optical networks in Beijing, Shanghai and other places to the acceleration of 5G access in every village in rural areas, the overall layout of new infrastructure is more balanced.
Data shows that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the total investment in new infrastructure in my country is expected to reach 10.6 trillion yuan, the technical level continues to improve, and innovative achievements continue to emerge.

As the Spring Festival approaches, various places are stepping up digital transformation of key scenarios. In Jinan, Shandong, the entire subway line has just been upgraded and deployed, and the flights in the morning and evening rush hour can be adjusted intelligently in real time based on passenger flow; in Suzhou, Jiangsu, the gas pipeline network is being renovated, and a set of intelligent equipment to prevent gas leakage can shorten the time for closing the gas valve from the past 35 minutes to 25 seconds, and achieve remote control.
In recent days, cultural tourism in various places has been preparing for the Spring Festival travel. Behind a series of consumption scenarios such as immersive experience, drone performances, and digital cultural and creative industries, they are inseparable from the support of information infrastructure such as 5G and computing power. The latest data shows that my country's computing power scale has grown by nearly 30% in the past five years. Since the commercialization of 5G, it has directly driven the total economic output by more than 5.6 trillion yuan and indirectly driven the total output by more than 14 trillion yuan, effectively promoting high-quality economic and social development.
This year, my country will continue to moderately deploy new infrastructure construction ahead of schedule and promote the deep integration of new infrastructure with key industries such as manufacturing, energy, transportation, and agriculture.
