I recently went to the grassroots for interviews and heard three sentences, which was quite inspired. As a result, the understanding of "concentration" is also deeper.

The first sentence is, "The machine will have confidence when it rotates."

The person who said this is the head of a plastic packaging and color printing company in Henan. The enterprise is built in townships and is not large in scale, but it pays wages to dozens of workers and brings taxes to the local area. The person in charge is quite content.

In order to cope with the fierce market competition, the company actuated the cost to every kilowatt-hour of electricity. Why be careful? The person in charge said that the profit of each product is limited, and if the peers reduce the price by one cent, the company will be under pressure. What to do? No matter how difficult it is, you cannot lay off employees, because technicians and workers are the guarantees on the production line, and they have to rely on them to come to orders and drive machines; no matter how difficult it is, you must find ways to increase efficiency, from the person in charge to the salesperson, you all go to the market and find customers.

The person in charge said it was difficult, but his face did not show any frustration. He admitted that the company is developing steadily and feels at ease. There is clearly a sense of vigor behind this: optimistic and confident confidence, and a courage to fight and do it.

From the rotation of the machine, you should not panic or be confused when facing difficulties. If you have the ability to analyze problems rationally and act to solve problems, you can survive and develop without any stagnation in the face of danger.

The second sentence is, "Do the right thing at a critical moment."

In Zhuzhou, Hunan, the head of a state-owned enterprise shared the story of independent research and development. What they want to overcome is the key technology in my country's rail transit field. When you develop to the "leading" stage, learn from abroad, and achieve limited results; if you want to open up new technological paths, you can only explore it yourself. During this process, R&D investment is high, the cycle is long, and even the failure rate is high. There were some doubts, some were cold-eyed bystanders, and the technical director bluntly said that "the pressure was so high that I couldn't sleep."

In the face of noise and noise, make rational judgments. If the R&D ideas are feasible, once the direction of the attack is determined, they cannot be easily shaken. What is the most difficult thing to build an independent technical system? The person in charge answered decisively, "a company's strategic determination." Product research and development will inevitably encounter "a basket of problems". If you want to catch up and advance, you cannot be afraid of difficulties, and you must not deny yourself at any time. Only by creating a relaxed environment and expanding innovation space for scientific researchers can we inspire more people to do what they want to do well.

From supporting fault tolerance, one should look at concentration, which means less hesitation and more firmness when he is questioned. Adhering to scientific judgment, calm analysis, and following the correct path, you will surely achieve success.

The third sentence is, "Tolerate for ten years and not speak, wait for a shocking sound."

This is what civil servants and enterprise personnel in Changzhou, Jiangsu often say. Why is this city "always new"? In addition to having a superior geographical location, a good industrial foundation and powerful policy support, it also has a unique temperament of persistence and tenacity.

For example, the new energy industry that helped Changzhou take off is the result of long-term layout.
