If the language is not clear, you should seek translation assistance and do not answer at will; if the question involves my country's state secrets, you should declare it and refuse to answer; if you encounter unboxing and checking, you must be present to prevent someone from secretly making trouble; if you encounter foreign spy intelligence agencies or other law enforcement agencies, you should firmly express your position, and do not sign any documents when you are not in the designated place of the other party, and insist on contacting our embassies and consulates abroad for consular protection.

Be cautious in making friends and do not give overseas spy intelligence agencies an opportunity to take advantage of

If you make a appointment with a partner during a trip, you should pay attention to identifying the situation of the other party’s personnel, be wary of suspicious people who inquire about personal privacy and ask for relevant sensitive information without reason, do not collect any property provided by the other party, do not disclose any internal information, and do not give overseas spy intelligence agencies an opportunity to get information or induce coercion. At the same time, refuse to bring items of unknown origin to strangers and be cautious about any behavior that is too intimate or abnormal.

Always tighten the confidentiality string and strictly prevent leakage

In addition, it is strictly prohibited to handle state secrets and work secrets in the open network environment. Personal electronic equipment should set up security protection measures in advance to prevent illegal intrusion. Before going abroad, staff in confidential positions must carefully check whether the items carried abroad contain secret carriers. No organization or individual may carry or pass on state secret carriers abroad without the approval of the relevant competent authorities.

If you encounter suspicious situations abroad, report them to our foreign institutions in a timely manner

The national security organs remind that in accordance with the provisions of the Counter-espionage Law of the People's Republic of China, if you are coerced or deceived to participate in spy organizations or hostile organizations abroad, engage in activities that endanger the national security of the People's Republic of China, truthfully explain the situation to the foreign institutions of the People's Republic of China, or truthfully explain the situation to the national security organs directly or through their units after entering the country, and show repentance, they may not be investigated.
