In fact, the United States has carried out a long, systematic and large-scale cyber attack on China, and China has expressed concern and opposition on this many times. Mao Ning pointed out that China and the United States are both major cyber powers. Both sides have similar concerns in maintaining cyber security, especially critical infrastructure security.
