Zhang Chen, director of the passenger workshop of the Hanzhong Station of the National Railway Xi'an Bureau, introduced that during the Spring Festival travel rush, staff will encounter passengers who have taken the station or got off the bus early every day. Once you find that you have taken the station or get off the train early, as long as you have not left the station, you can find the staff as soon as possible, explain the situation and provide a valid ID card used when purchasing tickets. The station staff will issue passenger traffic records based on the passenger's relevant information and arrange a closer train to help the passengers go to the correct end of the station.
It should be noted that if a passenger passes the station or gets off the train early and has already left the station, he needs to buy a new ticket when he gets on the train.
Don't be too anxious if you get on the wrong car. Passengers can find the conductor to explain the situation as soon as possible, and the conductor will handle the handover with the station at the next stop. The station will arrange passengers to take the nearest train back to the starting station according to the actual situation, or arrange to transfer to other trains leading to the passenger destination, and there is no need to buy a ticket again; if the ticket price of the transfer train is higher than the original fare, the difference needs to be made up.
