On the 22nd local time, the Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan issued a safety reminder to remind Chinese citizens in Afghanistan to strengthen security prevention. The content is as follows:
The security situation in Afghanistan has deteriorated recently, and gun robberies have occurred frequently. The Embassy in Afghanistan once again reminds Chinese citizens, enterprises and institutions in Afghanistan to improve their awareness of prevention, remain highly vigilant, strengthen emergency preparedness, and ensure personal and property safety.
1. Strictly abide by Afghan laws and regulations, improve safety awareness, and avoid traveling alone and at night. Sufficient security personnel should be provided for long-distance travel. In case of critical situations such as robbery, you should remain calm and make sure to ensure personal safety first. You should respond properly while ensuring your own safety. Call the police in a timely manner and contact the Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan. It is strictly forbidden to drink in public places during festivals and do not drive in alcohol.
2. Illegal gold mining (mining) activities are prohibited. The Afghan government cracks down on all kinds of illegal gold mining (mines). Chinese companies engaged in gold mining (mining) activities in Afghanistan must report to the embassy as soon as possible and submit the following information: a copy of the mining license and the company's industrial and commercial registration certificate; a copy of the passport valid page and a copy of the visa page of the company's head and Chinese employees.
3. Prevent production safety risks and operate legally and in compliance with regulations. Enterprises and institutions in Afghanistan are reminded to strengthen safety measures at the station, strengthen night alerts, check for fire hazards, improve production safety awareness, and avoid production safety accidents. Strictly abide by laws and regulations to carry out operations, and avoid unlicensed operations, tax evasion, labor-management disputes, etc.
4. Properly keep your passport and personal identification documents. According to our country's laws, no organization or individual may forge, alter, transfer, intentionally damage or illegally seize passports.
