It is understood that the local vegetable base of more than 500 acres has been supplied to the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other places for a long time, and this year it has also been sold to northern regions such as Beijing, Tianjin, and Shandong. Not only are vegetables, but also various fungi from Le'an, Fuzhou. In Zengtian Town, Le'an County, mushroom farmers are busy shuttled through the greenhouses, picking, sorting, and cutting their feet, and it is very busy.

At present, the local planting base has achieved full-season production of more than ten fungi by upgrading and renovating steel frame sheds and air-conditioning constant temperature sheds, and the total output of fresh mushrooms has reached 18,000 tons, fully ensuring market supply during the festival.
