In 2024, Shandong's annual GDP was close to 10 trillion yuan, the scale of the digital economy accounted for more than 49% of GDP, and the proportion of installed capacity of new energy and renewable energy exceeded that of coal-fired power, and the throughput of coastal ports exceeded 2 billion tons, maintaining the first place in the country.
