CCTV News (News Network): The 6.8-magnitude earthquake-stricken area in Dingri County, Tibet has been transferred to resettlement and rescue, and recovery and reconstruction. All forces work together to ensure that the people live a warm life at the transitional resettlement site.

In order to ensure that the affected people have a warm winter, the local area has accelerated the collection, transportation and installation of prefabricated houses. As of 8:00 on January 19, a total of 11,145 prefabricated houses have been built to ensure sufficient supply of rice, noodles, oil, vegetables and other ingredients for the basic living of the people in the disaster area. The local area also dispatched simple food trucks to supply hot dishes, hot rice and hot milk tea to the affected people. In Mujia Village, Quluo Township, Dingri County, a mobile dining truck specially prepared for the villagers allows the villagers to eat delicious meals.

In addition, local water conservancy, transportation and other departments are also making every effort to investigate safety risks and hidden dangers in the disaster area, organize professional teams to inspect and appraise rural houses and public buildings in the disaster area, inspect rural roads, damaged bridges, water conservancy facilities, etc., and gradually improve various supporting facilities in the disaster area.
