Not only domestic seafood, but foreign fresh ingredients such as salmon and lobster are also entering our country through the increasingly perfect international logistics channel. Recently, the first European fresh food scheduled charter flight operated by China Eastern Airlines Cold Chain was officially launched. The charter flight of the first flight loaded about 35 tons of salmon arrived at my country Ezhou Huahu International Airport. With the help of the convenient domestic air and ground cold chain transportation network, these salmon can be quickly distributed to all parts of the country.

In addition, the new model of "freight train + cold chain" is also accelerating its rise. Driven by the China-Laos Railway, Chinese consumers' demand for Laos bananas and Thailand's durian, mangosteen, longan and other products has increased significantly. Through the "freight train + cold chain", it can also connect to the China-Europe Express, the Western Land-Sea New Channel and other transportation networks, and export my country's temperate fruits and vegetables to other countries to achieve efficient two-way circulation of goods.

Qin Yuming, Secretary-General of the Cold Chain Logistics Professional Committee of the China Federation of Logistics and Procurement, said that cross-border cold chain services have grown rapidly in the past two years, and consumers' demand for these tropical fruits is growing. These infrastructures such as the China-Laos Railway have improved the accessibility of the entire imported cold chain, improved transportation efficiency, and reduced the transportation cost of fresh products.
